We were on the road to Rose before 4pm - Nicole was even in our driveway before we got home from school.  Some would say that is a Christmas miracle!  After a quick drop off of Gnomeo with her Grandmothers, and picking up of Grampy, we headed to Floyd for Phil's birthday celebration.  I really love that our Christmas celebration started with seeing Monica and her family. 

The kids played from the second they arrived - we didn't even see them, except to request water a time or two.  Around 10:45pm (shhhh, don't tell daddy!!), it was time to head home for a rest - Santa comes tomorrow!
