This wintery weekend consisted of a play at the Paramount, and the first path (which is always the best path). 
 

I know it's atypical, but these two NEVER argue or fight - but on the rare occasion when they do, it looks something like this...

And, like typical siblings, these fights usually end in tears - but in our case, it's tears of laughter.

With both the kids gone, AP and I didn't really know what to do... Definitely not going out, didn't want to invite anyone over, but had to keep occupied so we didn't fall asleep. So, we decided to (finally) do the super weird molding thing that we got for our anniversary (like 2 years ago). 

We mixed up the batter, and submerged our holding hands into the cold goo. Just a few minutes later, the mixture was set up, and we removed our hands. 

A few hours later, we peeled back the outer layer, to see an exact replica! It was not only super weird, but super cool!!  I actually love it, like a lot.

Families are so thoughtful.  Candles and mugs and coffee gift cards are great... but, every now and then you have that special family who just "gets it".  Thanks, Joey and Avalon - but know your kid is not the reason I drink. 🤣

 Just a little prep for our upcoming island adventure... WE ARE SO EXCITED!!!

 These two sweet faces are growing up. And, while friendships ebb and flow, they always gravitate to each other with a sense of love and security. (And, they still like to play in the snow.)
