Last day in FL, and we headed to the beach.  And, in case you haven't yet noticed the pattern, this day did not disappoint.  It was my kinda day, even including a nap on the beach.  (Pretty sure the boys were bored, but the girls, not so much...)  I could watch the ninja and the gnome jump in waves all day long.

A day at Kennedy Space Center was up next.  This place was incredible - Bennett's dream combination of science and history - and extended family - Why, Hello, Jim, Lynn, Ben and Jack!  When we saw that a rocket was scheduled to be launched, we quickly snatched up some VIP seats.  In full disclosure, I was a bit apprehensive for this event - not that watching a rocket wouldn't be super cool, but I knew there was the possibility that the launch didn't happen - and an fure sure lengthy wait time...  Fortunately, we seats in the shade, and the rocket was right on time.   We watched in awe - gaping at history happening right above our heads - as the very first, recycled rocket successfully launched into outer space.

You know when you don't go on the trip with that person - and they talk and talk and talk about how incredible it was?  You smile and nod because while you don't really get it, but you can see how excited your person is about the trip.  And you know it was one of those memory makers for your person.  You sit through the slide show of their experience because you love them.  Here come the slides, friend. :)

And, just when I thought we couldn't have a more fun day - enter The Wonderful Wizarding World of Harry Potter.
