Mrs. Ray and I were both nominated for Teacher of the Year. Quite an honor, when you consider the competition. A couple of my nomination letters were written by a former students, which was very sweet, and their words way more meaninful than the recognition.

Mrs. Ray didn't win, either.  But, you know what they say about those who get nominated and those who win, right?
