The Lodge

The first weekend in December, the Prose family planned a winter weekend of fun at The Lodge, in Brainerd.  Now, mama's not a huge fan of water parks (even though daddy would disagree, he seems to think I spend my nights dreaming of water slides.).  But, the kids - and AP - love - L.O.V.E - them.  And, I will usually aqueous, as long as there are beverages available for purchase.

 So, we donned our hats and crowns, and packed up the Prius. 

 Games, and slides, and hotdogs and gin.  We dodged the big bucket of water, and hit the jackpot in the arcade.

 And then, we crashed.  Three out of four members of the Prose family were sleeping by 6pm.  Which left mama to enjoy a quiet, uninterrupted evening of reality TV.
