Every year, I start dropping hints on what day should be the official light install day, and every year AP says he's not doing it.   We all know the truth - he just needs to find the perfect weather day, and make sure the roof is not icy.  As the strings are clipped, the ideas start erupting on what we can do this year, to make it bigger and better.  I have veto power over 30 foot christmas trees and any (and all) inflatables.
