Year 18 of blogging about the Ninja and the Gnome. We continue to laugh more than we cry. Enjoy as the hilarity ensues.

NYE 2013
One of my most favorite, new traditions is NYE with my favorite sister. The past few years, we have gotten reservations at a fancy hotel - gotten all dressed up and gone out to a very early dinner, and spent the evening playing games, and dancing and watching the ball drop. This year we stayed at The Grand, and invited T and Matt and Lo. They almost made it... (insert frown-y face).
This year, Bennett and Harper insisted we bring props. Need I say more?
If this is what brings us to the end of 2013 - can't wait for 2014!

Matt loves to sled or snowboard or be outdoors - so does Bennett. Coincidence? I think not. We took advantage of the holiday break and spent a few days at Prince Albert. The girls stayed home, and crocheted and played with the babes, while the boys went out to play.
It was pretty much the perfect day - for the boys and the girls.

Acres of Love
Christmas 2014 was the last Christmas spent at the farm. I'm kind of at a loss for words, and really tried to remember each moment. I couldn't even say it was bitter-sweet, as I am feeling so very excited about the next residence, and have only happy (ok, about 98% happy) memories of the farm. If I learned anything there, it was that the land is the land, and our family is our family. I'll keep both.
While Christmas 2015 seems SAFAR away (sorry, I couldn't help myself) I can't wait to see where mom puts the trees, and where dad puts the light up baby Jesus, Mary and Joseph.
