Number 2

Andy had his second back surgery in as many years.  Kind of the same story - apparently, he's got bad back genes, and there is really not much he can do.  He was super bummed, because the doctor said he could not run long distances.  Andy had already registered for the Twin Cities Marathon, and since I was not about to take his bib, the number will not be used this October.

Kylee came early to get the kids to Kelli's when they awoke, and Andy and I drove to the surgery center.

He was in pretty good spirits, and an even better mood after a successful 45 minutes of surgery and a healthy dose of "the good meds".  Andy will be out of commission for at least a week, and then (hopefully) returning to work only for a few hours a day.  What ever will I do??  Probably have to decorate a room.
