Supper Time



my dinner time routine includes exercise immediately before, after, and during meals...

Oh my goodness! What a great idea Bennett! I think I will try this too! Maybe if I race around the table like you while I am eating dinner I will turn into a litte peanut, just like you!

But please explain why you are yelling "Foot! Foot! Foot!" Should I yell this too! Will it help me? Yes, I think it might!

you should set up some barriers so he can practice for the steeple chase, his destined olympic event. (not on a horse, either). xo
