Every week, Harper has weekly math problem solving.  Each afternoon, she waits for Bennett to get home from practice so he can help.  I love listening to their thoughtful conversations, and how they tackle difficult problems together.  However, I love even more that I don't have to be involved, because I have no idea where to even begin. #mathishard

TWOsDAy - 2-22-22

TwoDay, Feburary 22, 2022 was not only an unexpected snow day, but it was also the day of M & A's wedding!  We were honored to attend our first virtual wedding, of our MorningStar neighbor.  Rick, Boo and Mollie joined us to celebrate - and it was fun to watch.  Even if the audience at 1407 kept asking "We are muted, right??". 🤣

 

Bennett's art assignment was to draw a city block.  Looks like home, to me. 

He better get an A+.

Our family says "I love you." a LOT. And, this declaration is forever evolving - becuase "I love you" gets kinda boring.  My latest favorite expression of love was shouted at me as I left for school the other morning. 

H: MOM!!  I LOVE YOU!

Me: Love you, too, Harps!

H: No, Mom.  LIKE A LOT!  LIKE I LOVE YOU A BOAT LOAD!

Me: I love you, too, Harps!

H: No, Mom. Not just like a sailboat load - like A YACHT LOAD!  I LOVE YOU A YACHT LOAD.  A MANSION YACHT LOAD!

Me: Right back at 'cha, Harps. 🤟
