This is 15! Fifteen years ago, you arrived and changed the rhythm of our lives forever. You are standing in that beautiful in-between space - not a little girl, not yet grown up - but something even more powerful: becoming.

More certain in your values.
More aware of the world, and your place in it.

You care deeply. You show up. You try things even when they are uncomfortable. You love your friends hard. You challenge ideas and ask questions. You laugh - loud, contagious, unfiltered. 

Fifteen means independence, but please know this:

You do not have to have it all figured out.
You do not have to be perfect.
You only have to be you.

Keep being brave enough to speak up.
Keep being soft enough to care.
